As an affiliate, you have the opportunity to promote and sell our innovative NFC-based business products, such as Google Review Collection, Open House Kit, and Digital Business Card. We value our affiliates and strive to provide the best support and resources to ensure your success. This policy document outlines the guidelines and expectations for promoting and selling PhoneTapify products.

Affiliate Responsibilities

Promotion

Marketing Channels: Affiliates are encouraged to promote PhoneTapify products through various marketing channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and other online platforms.

Content Accuracy: Affiliates must ensure that all promotional content accurately represents PhoneTapify products and adheres to the brand guidelines provided by PhoneTapify.

Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising and marketing regulations in the USA.

Sales

Referral Links: Affiliates must use the unique referral links provided by PhoneTapify to track sales and commissions accurately.

Customer Support: Affiliates should provide basic customer support to their referrals. For complex inquiries, affiliates should direct customers to PhoneTapify's customer support team.

Transparency: Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship with PhoneTapify in all promotional materials, in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.

Commission Structure

Commission Rates

Standard Commission: Affiliates will earn a commission of 8% on the sale of PhoneTapify products.

Lifetime Commission: Affiliates will earn a lifetime commission of 8% on subscription renewals for the lifetime of the referred client.

Payment Terms

Payout Schedule: Commissions will be paid out monthly, within 30 days of the end of the month in which the sale was made.

Payment Method: Commissions will be paid via PayPal or direct bank transfer, depending on the affiliate's preference.

Minimum Payout: The minimum payout threshold is $50. If an affiliate's commission earnings are below this threshold, the earnings will roll over to the next payout period.

Use of PhoneTapify Assets

Branding Guidelines

Logo Usage: Affiliates are permitted to use PhoneTapify logos and branding materials provided in the affiliate portal. Any modification of these assets is prohibited.

Product Images: Affiliates can use official product images and descriptions available in the affiliate portal for promotional purposes.

Approval: Any custom promotional materials must be approved by PhoneTapify before being published.

Prohibited Activities

Misleading Claims: Affiliates must not make false or misleading claims about PhoneTapify products.

Spamming: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in spamming activities, including sending unsolicited emails or posting excessive promotional content on forums and social media.

Trademark Infringement: Affiliates must not use PhoneTapify trademarks or branding in domain names, social media handles, or any other way that may confuse customers about the affiliation.

Termination

Grounds for Termination

Violation of Policies: Failure to adhere to the guidelines outlined in this document may result in termination of the affiliate agreement.

Inactivity: Affiliates who remain inactive for more than 12 months may be removed from the program.

Fraudulent Activity: Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to false referrals, will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

Termination Process

Notice: PhoneTapify will provide written notice to the affiliate of any violations and allow a reasonable period for rectification before termination.

Final Payout: Upon termination, affiliates will receive a final payout of any outstanding commissions, provided the minimum payout threshold is met.
